An initial telephone or email “interview” will take place. This information is critical in our developing the appropriate service for you.
After receiving your details, we will begin making appointments, inquiries or arrangements on your behalf. Regular communication is guaranteed and you will be advised of all activities and developments as they progress.
We offer a long-term “sunset service”: that is, contact is on-going until you feel settled. This provides new residents with a great sense of comfort as they adapt to the new region.

Partner assistance

Supporting the partner in a relocating family is a major focus of our service. We care that the partner is happy living in the region. If the partner is not happy, long-term settlement can be uncertain.
Support services include arranging an introduction to employment consultants, educational institutions, volunteering agencies, sporting clubs, cultural outlets … and providing friendly advice and support when required!
Temporary accommodation

Serviced apartments in both cities provide an ideal base while looking for something more permanent. A hire car can also be arranged.
House renting
Top
We search for a suitable property and assist with the submission of a Residential Tenancy Application to the responsible agent or landlord.
You will need to arrange the payment of one week’s rent as a deposit to secure the property, as well as a bond which is the equivalent of four week’s rent.
Children’s services

We will arrange appointments with appropriate schools, pre-schools/kindergartens and childcare centres. We are able to advise on or arrange enrolment for sporting or cultural pursuits (eg. dancing, musical instrument, speech and drama instruction).
Start-up shopping

You provide us with a list of your shopping requirements and these items will be provided. We will also direct you to shops and facilities.
Guide to local services

We provide you with a business-card folder with introductions to a variety of local services: tradespeople, hair-salons, kennels and other organisations.
